Here is the Court's decision on the Chortkoff Estate:

From: Peter F. DelGreco, SEC Attorney

Ms. Anderson:

Yesterday the Court issued its judgment in our favor against the Chortkoff Estate, a copy of which is attached for you, ordering it to pay $153,400 in disgorgement and $12,615 in prejudgment interest.  Whether or not it has the assets to do so, and whether or not it will do so, are open questions at the moment.

Court Decision on Braslau Jail Sentence
